- The delivery product does not match with the product listed in the order
- The goods are damaged, defective and quality problems
- Ring Size not match

- Return and Exchange policy ONLY apply to the goods which return within 7 days from the date of received.
- The product and packaging must be kept intact and unused, including all tags and labels, etc.
- All products are ONLY allowed to be exchanged once. Only products with same types and colors as the purchased items are available for exchange.
- Except for the product quality problem or wrong delivery, the round-trip shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
- Except for the product quality problem or wrong delivery, the final refund amount will be the net value of the goods (shipping cost will be deducted)
- (If the order is shipping free, the final refund amount will be the difference between the selling price and the shipping cost involved)
- After confirms the returned stock has been received, we will arrange a refund. Generally, your payment will be refunded to your payment account within 14 working days.
- In case of any disputes, Mon Meill reserves the right of final decision.
